Christopher Durang is a well-known comedic playwright whose plays are often thought of as some of the most riveting and biting satirical plays of our generation.
This show is a celebration of two of our favorite one-acts by Christopher Durang. We will be showcasing Medea and For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls.
Medea is Durang's parody of the ancient Greek tragedy of the same name. Durang brings a witty and hilarious spin to a timeless classic that is sure to leave you rolling in the aisles!
If you think Medea is side-splitting, our second piece, For Whom the Southern Belle Tolls, a parody of Tennessee Williams' The Glass Menagerie, will leave you in tears of laughter.
